  Chetana patel is the most kind and helpful woman I’ve met in a long time. She did some notary work for me and waited on other customers in between. It was a rainy busy day and I was holding up the line but she was patient and helpful. UPS is lucky to have such an employee

  Hours don't match online or their door. Really annoying having to drive around finding somewhere else to ship when they're supposed to be open and they aren't.

  1 person at counter. 10+ people in line while 2nd employee hides in the back. Hire more people or shut down the location. What a waste of time. Guess they are only efficient when the owners are at the location.
