  Came in last Friday afternoon to drop off 3 boxes of Amazon. I did not have the boxes taped up so the girl taped up the boxes for me, used up about 3 pieces of her tape so she charged me $6 and $0.50 to print out one label. She should of rob the bank...3 pieces of tapes for $6, I can buy a whole roll. I didn't get charged to use tape here before. What's wrong with this girl with a bad attitude. I'll NEVER come here again.

  These employees can do better. Stood there for 10 minutes with a line forming while some customer was on the phone while one of your employees was trying to serve her. They could’ve moved her to the side until she figured out what she wanted to do and Did quick scans for shipping for others. When I asked if they could do this, I was ignored, and when I said it louder, they said I was yelling On the way out, other customers agreed with me Do better

  Ok, so I’ve been coming here for a few years and everyone is always so quick to help me and so often goes the extra mile. There have been a couple instances where a package was dropped off for me and we weren’t able to locate it on pickup. In the very few times this has happened (I get several packages a week) the issue has been escalated quickly and the staff seems to dive in by checking cameras, notices, and truly seems to care and want to help. Most recently, I have no idea how, but Christian actually recovered the package by working actual magic and called to let me know he was holding it for me to pick up. This absolutely saved me.
