- CVCarla VMar 19, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The employee named CHASTIN at the front showed zero patience and a very unprofessional attitude from the start. She seemed rushed to leave and didn’t take the time to explain anything properly or help me at all. The situation escalated when she began raising her voice at me and rudely told me to go to another location. She even threatened to call the police—and actually did so for no valid reason, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Then, unexpectedly, she started crying and kept insisting that I leave the store, making the whole situation even more uncomfortable and confusing. Honestly, people with this kind of attitude should not be working in customer service. Extremely poor service and a very negative experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

I reached out to Greg, sent digital files, he sourced materials and produced the color BANNERS and had them delivered to the venue in days, everyone else needed weeks. He stayed in constant communication with me, saved the day and produced incredible BANNERS, in fact nicer, larger and better built than our existing BANNERS - they were a hit!
