Always get good service at the store I visit, which is store #4083 in the Eastwood Plaza in Waterford Lakes. Employee #283127 did a great job packing up two framed photographs that I needed to ship.

The guy who opens store during the week clearly hates people and his life. Rude and obviously doesn’t want to be there.

I have been a client of this store since opening day over 15 years.. Owner is awesome and he takes care of finding amazing people to make his team my team, the team that his patrons disserve.... My business depends on the service they provide and I am thankful. I treat them with respect and always get that in return. I know them all by first names and share a smile when I walk in and in return I get the same. My UPS team is amazing. Just recently someone posted a bad review because she was just having a bad day, I want to believe. But there is not an ounce of truefullness in her post. So, I have to step up and say it... She actually refer to herself as a "miniority customer" which shocked me becuase many of the people that frequent and receive service here could be identify as "miniority customers" but we are not becuase we dont carry a chip in our shoulders just becuase we are hispanic. or woman or any so called "miniority" So, do not claim you were treated disrespecfully becuase you entered a place already expecting to be treated diffrently. And by the way the store had work being done to better serve us. I hope anyone in our community get to know each and everyone of My Team at UPS and believe that in the 15 years this team, today teams is among the best I have work with. To MY UPS TEAM, Thank you for caring for more than my mail or my business but to always care for me.

I want to be clear: I do not have an issue with the owner. He has always been kind and professional. My issue is entirely with two staff members at this location and their unacceptable behavior toward customers—especially toward minorities. The Amazon return area was chaotic and poorly set up. There was a ladder placed directly in front of the self-service return machine, blocking access and forcing customers to constantly move as people entered through the doorway right next to it. I was holding a large box and juggling multiple packages, which caused one label to be missed and another not to print. When I went to the counter to ask for assistance, the male employee chose to talk down to me instead of helping, even though I was clearly struggling. I did not ask for commentary—I asked for help. I also personally witnessed this same employee being openly rude and arrogant toward an elderly couple who were simply trying to send out a package. His tone was dismissive and unnecessary, and it was uncomfortable to watch. I even commented to the other employee about how rude he was being to the elderly woman, which only added to the tension instead of being addressed. The second employee I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than acknowledging the stressful situation or offering solutions, she acted as though I was “out of luck.” When I suggested that I might need to contact Amazon for a new label, I also asked whether it was possible to print a label using a tracking number. Only then did she say it might be possible—something that could have been explored earlier if she had taken the time to help. The overall tone from both employees was condescending and disrespectful. As a minority customer, the way I was spoken to was unacceptable, and based on what I witnessed with other customers, this behavior is clearly not isolated. The owner deserves better representation. This store needs serious staff retraining in customer service, professionalism, and basic respect. Until that happens, I cannot recommend this location.
