I arrived at the store at 6:31 to drop off a package, store closed at 6:30. The store attendant refused to serve me, just because of less than 1 minute. The store was already closed before 6:30, they were chatting away. Customer service at its finest.

I would say this store has normal people who provide above average customer service without attitudes, helpful, professional, exactly the type of people companies should be hiring for servicing customers. Many other businesses hire people who dont care about the job or the customers, the people at this ups store provides above average service by simply meeting the standard of providing service. While other businesses treat customers as if they are optional and not important, customer service is getting worse, this store maintains a customer service standard. That we all want to receive when we walk into an American business, we are treated as if we as customers matter.
I wish people would start promoting from within. Thats how you keep good people and use good people to builld your business.
Large corporations seem to have forgotten how to keep customers. This store leads by example, you can tell each person is just trying to do their job, nothing less.

I always go to this store to get my shipping done but today Feb 26/26 I went but I left disappointed, lady that took care of me wasn't kind, I needed to print a label to Amazon return, she gave me email address, she said she didn't get it, I waited like 10 minutes, I asked her couple times if she got it, she didn't answer, she was more interested in getting something on her phone and talking to her coworkers.I didn't want to waste more time I decided to leave. she didn't even say have a nice day sir, she didn't care,it's like I went to ask for a favor, I was going to pay for printed label and I know Amazon pays UPS as well for returning item.I will still be UPS customer but I won't go to that store anymore 11310 south blossom trail.

I always drive a little bit farther to this location because the employees are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Special shout-out to Jonathan.
