  What can I sayyyyy!!! I just had a baby 2 months ago and I came into staples to do a UPS return that required a box! They were super helpful for guiding me on printing out the label. Gio was amazing !!! He helped me pick out the box and package it up.. he was super kind and helpful and was eager to make sure I was taken care of. It’s so hard to get great service when returning items and he/they exceeded my expectations!!! I live nearby so I will always come here for all printing/packaging needs!! Seriously 10/10 !!!

  Bernardo at Staples provided great customer service! He was very helpful, patient, and made everything quick and easy. Really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude! definitely made the experience better.

  My experience at Staples was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The print and copy center is simply terrible. The staff treats you as if you’re asking for a favor instead of paying for a service. There is zero sense of urgency, no willingness to help, and absolutely no customer care. What’s even more frustrating: A simple job of one or two pages? They tell you to wait 24 to 48 hours. Ask to speak with a manager? You get the exact same scripted response with no intention of resolving anything. Need assistance? There’s never anyone available. This clearly reflects a deeper issue with their service culture. It seems like no one understands a fundamental business principle: 👉 the customer is the one who keeps the business alive. This kind of mindset is exactly why companies lose relevance and eventually fail. It’s not just about the product — it’s about the experience. Successful companies understand that the real boss is the customer. Unfortunately, that lesson has not been learned here. I would not recommend this location at all if you value your time, your money, and basic respect as a customer.

  Kaitlyn in the front desk was the worst customer service ever received. She was more worried about leaving than helping the customer and was talking badly about my father and I while another employee was helpful. Even the manager came and made horrible comments about us as if we could not hear. Will be contacting corporate for a formal compliant against Kaitlyn.
