  I worked with Casey Stapleton - he was on my level and very easy to work with. Told me everything I needed to know and then some. He would always contact me when I was feeling like something was missing, or prepping me for the interview, hyping me up like a sports agent.   Kathy Downs & Matt Harrell were both instrumental in helping me find a permanent role. After voluntarily leaving a job and company that I loved and was apart of for almost 12 years, and taking a year off to spend with my daughter, the transition back into the workforce was a little bit harder than I expected. Kathy got to know me during my job search and really dialed into my skill set and got to know what I valued and what I was looking for on a human level. She encouraged me to apply for and ultimately take a temporary contract position that aligned well with my skill set. At first I was apprehensive as I had never taken a temporary or contract role before, but in trusting Kathy’s judgment, I took the contract role and was there for about three months before landing the permanent role that I am in now. The systems that they used at the contract role and the work that they did and that I assisted with, directly aligned with my new permanent role. Matt was a huge help from the consulting/contract side in getting me set up and making me feel comfortable with a contract / temporary role, as it was something I had never done before. Trusting in both of them and in the process really aligned me and got me set up for success in taking a temporary/contract role until I found the right best fit for me in a permanent long-term role. I would recommend using them to anyone that is looking for a finance or accounting role in the future.
