They picked up all the containers, including the water dispenser, yet they continued charging my card. I called more than five times to cancel the service, and each time I was told it had already been canceled, but they kept charging my card anyway. Honestly, I lost my patience. The charges ranged from $6 to $12 every month. The service has been truly terrible.
