- TMTim MacDonaldFeb 3, 20251.0Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. They have zero care for the customer and do everything they can to do the bare minimum. Consistently rude to customers and offer little help for people that need it. I drop things off frequently there and often can hear customers frustrated with the lack of care. If it was possible I would leave zero stars. I hope someday management can clean up the total disaster of a work place that is there.

- JOJas OAug 31, 20201.0Gertie was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Did not want to mail out a box of supplies that I was returning due to the box having UPS on it and told me to “go to that company and mail it back”. She was also whining to other guests saying to please vote because they want to close this location down which explains her distaste with seeing UPS. With her attitude and excessive eye rolling it’s probably best that she goes into retirement with the location closing. Will not be returning.
- JHJordin HallOct 6, 20151.0I only use the USPS for work, otherwise I use UPS or FEDEX. The customer service at this post office is laughable. The associates move at a snails pace and couldn't care less about the needs of the customers. The policy about requiring a signature on a credit card is ridiculous in the first place and the employees have no idea (or dont care) how to deal with that properly. They constantly have bigger attitudes that I do, which is really saying something. Be prepared to leave pissed off.
