Both were the best shipping experiences I’ve ever had where the staff helped me in ways they really didn’t need to but saw I was struggling and stepped in. Very kind and knowledgeable as well. There was no line, plenty of boxes and packing materials to choose from, and it was clean.

I paid for Priority Mail expecting my package to arrive on time, but it was delayed and the customer service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. When customers pay extra for faster shipping, the service should match the promise. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in USPS reliability. It is very unacceptable. It’s been already 7 days on the way. I sent a food package with Priority Mail. The post office service needs to start training employees in customer service — and if they can’t treat people with respect, then they shouldn’t be work there. UFN: 116924-0803 Clerk: 7
