But Jacob arrogantly and overbearingly refused to help me at all. He lazily and strangely waved his hands, telling me to leave, that he wasn't going to help me. I don't understand why he's in that establishment if he hates his job. Jacob should really reconsider how he's providing "service" to the customers of this place.

After waiting 1 month for the passport appointment , they decided to cancel and now the appointments are for over 1 month now. They don't even care about the urgency, or the customer needs....really disappointed with this office. Super dirty, and messy. Never come back again!
