One star is too gracious. They have lost 3 checks coming to me in the last year. They send a photo of it then it never makes it to my box. Very suspicious 🤨

Hands down WORST Post Office I've EVER been to!! 20 people in line and ALL 3 workers are sitting at their stations taking to eachother & not even acknowledging the line is out the door. I had to leave without sending my package off so I'm not late to work. I spent 45mins in line and only 2 people were helped from 8am until I had to leave at 8:45am.
The 3 older ladies in there need to realize they ARE replaceable & talking about their hair can wait when customers are waiting in line!

Ohh, my god, I have been to different post offices all around Orlando. This one is by far the worst. If you can avoid it, please do they have no customer service. Whatsoever Their lines are forever long and the God awful man behind the door that always has to have something to say about the box doesn't do anything to assist doesn't give you any kind of assistance on what to do with a box. If it's wrong, just kind of makes you feel like you have to just fix all in front of everybody. And then still makes you buy their products!!!!!
Changing a box was gonna cost me over a $100, and then the man still tells me I have to cut it down to fit properly. So it won't cost so much... That's what's his suggestion!!! So i paid $13. Ughhhhg
All he had to do was give me a marker to mark out something that didn't need to be there.Instead.He didn't wanted me to scratch it out. Instead, I was supposed to cut it out like, I just automatically am able to just Cut it out.
Like seriously, I don't have a knife on me.
So how am I supposed to do it? My fingers??? My keys???
When i'm just trying to send something out. It infuriates me how they can't have the simplest of assistance. So terrible.
And they made me break my nail in the process!!!

This is the worst office I’ve ever visited. The receptionists make the line move slowly because they spend their time talking to each other instead of helping people. On top of that, they have a very aggressive and unprofessional attitude when dealing with customers. People like this should not be working in customer service, as they make the experience truly unpleasant.
