A piece of advice, maybe don't talk bad about a customer, when said customer is standing 2 feet from you. Also trying to quickly give yourself a thumbs up on the screen before I even get a chance to review my experience is ridiculous. Really trying to game the system with your reviews there aren't ya?

I live on Wilderness Ct. I filed a complaint online because my letter carrier left all of the mailboxes open in my block on February 3, 2026. The supervisor Willie Montalvo followed up and left a voicemail immediately. He even followed up again. I have been trying to get through the automated phone system for weeks. Nobody answers the phone.

I came here and had an interaction with a woman whose behavior was very aggressive. The way she spoke to me made me feel as if she was arguing or fighting with me. I respectfully ask the manager to speak with her and address this behavior so that it can change. If she is dealing with a health or personal issue, I suggest that she be given time off to receive proper treatment.

There is an elderly Black female employee working at this location. I observed that she displays aggressive and inappropriate behavior and treats White customers differently, in a manner that appears discriminatory and racially biased. Additionally, her behavior raises concerns that she may be experiencing mental or emotional instability. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter and take appropriate action, including issuing a formal warning or terminating her employment if necessary. Today, in February 2026 at approximately 1:40 PM, I visited this location. Initially, I spoke with another employee who was very polite and professional. I explained that I currently live in my vehicle and only needed to receive my mail. She informed me that this was acceptable and that I could use this address. However, after I wrote down the address, I encountered the aforementioned employee. When she saw that I had written this location’s address, she spoke to me in a hostile and confrontational manner, to the point that I felt she was trying to start an argument. She sent me back and forth four times and treated me in a very disrespectful and offensive way. I kindly request that management review the security camera footage for the date and time mentioned above. I am telling the truth, and my account can be verified through the cameras.
