Completely understand why this place has 2 stars. And 2 stars is being generous. Everyone in there has an attitude. They’re also extremely dismissive. Waited in line for 30 minutes (not an issue, it’s Christmas time we get it) when we arrived to the counter the guy looked at our package and said “needs a label” then walked away. Making us figure out how to put a label on our box that’s covered in other writing. Then when finished we moved on to another person that asked if we had alcohol in the box. We said no. And she immediately told us “we can’t send that. You’ll have issues at the department” because our box had a little alcohol logo on it. Then she just completely moved on to the next person and ignored us. Not giving options, alternatives or a helpful solution. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I’m always super polite and respectful especially during times like this. They won’t see my face again here. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. They’re miserable people here.

Not helpful. Terrible customer service. Told us our box had to be prelabeled when she helped another customer and printed his label for him. I’ve never had such an issue at USPS in 10 years. We left to use UPS. Will not be returning here.

The customer service is terrible! LUCY attended us super badly, she made us understand that we are fools with my family and the worst thing is that it was the first time I changed the address and she did not know how to explain. A great bad first experience for LUCY!

I don’t know her name, but this are the only details I can remember to describe her. The tall color lady ( and I say color cus it wasn’t the white lady that was there, she half answered the question I made but she hesitated a little, seemed nice but also scared to say something and the other lady getting mad) maybe kind of a orangey colored hair that works in there just treated me so bad outta just a question that I made her. There’s no reason to act like that over a question about a box. I felt so bad, I wanted to go to another location but driving an extra 20 mins wasn’t an option at the moment. The other color lady finished the transaction with me and that was it. But now I know why this location got so many bad reviews. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t be there. Giving a bad treatment to your customers ain’t right. I kept my calm, send my package and continue with my day, but the day that somebody else can’t kept their calm and the situation escalates, then employees are gonna act like it wasn’t their fault. So, so sad!
