My experience is always good. Many people leaving bad reviews, just need to review themselves, and understand most times you receive the same energy you put out. Every person I’ve dealt with in this post office was courteous and solved whatever issue I may have had.

This is the worst ever post office that a person could ever go to! Not only are the staff highly disrespectful they will go and change around your mail without consent and send your package 📦 to someone else delivery address, Catina the manager for that specific post office should really be fired because she is so rude and she will disconnect the call while speaking to a customer, I told this lady that it’s her job as a postal worker to ensure that customers needs are being met but unfortunately with people like her it’s hard for them to comprehend basic communication skills and take everything as an insult she is just as bad as someone working at Family Dollar because that’s going to be her new job when she gets fired , she is very disrespectful and they need to hire new staff. I have to call in every week about the same issues with my mail and rather than fixing the problem she insists on arguing when I’m the customer and she is the worker.

At this point i think these postal workers from that specific location need to stop STEALING people mails and packages. I been living at the residences at west place apartment for 2 years and I’ve never received any mail or packages but always received my daily digest emails saying that my mail has been delivered when I run to mailbox it’s empty or just newspapers. When I go to the post office the managers and supervisor make u feel like you’re lying and giving u some stupid green slip to fill out and giving some good excuses of why the mail carrier is not delivering mail to my address. First they said it was because my name was not in mailbox I wrote my name in it several times the mail guy tear the paper every single time. When complaints about his behavior he stopped removing the paper but still not delivering anything, went back and complaint again they said well it is because my mailbox is full that’s why I’m not getting mail but meanwhile I never get no mail how is the box full? Then he broke the little latch on the mailbox door so that he can have a good excuse of why he can’t deliver my mail, now the post office supervisor telling me well in order to get mail I need to ask my apartment complex to fix the mailbox door. Which I’m not gonna do because even before the latch was removed he never used to deliver my mail so I feel like even if they fix it he still won’t deliver my stuff. One time I went to pick up a package he didn’t deliver the package was no where to be found and when the finally found it the next day it was opened so that can tell u somebody really be stealing that’s why they can’t do their job. So I decided to stop complaining so everything paperless or send important stuff to my mom or friends address and pick up from there because he refuses to deliver nothing for my address and it seems like not even the post office manager or supervisor can help me in the situation. They need to shut down this location because nobody there seem to like their job.

Horrible staff and service. They really dropped the ball at this location! Drivers don’t even use common sense. Stuffed my mail box with packages even after I went into the Post office and instructed them several times NOT to do this. Additionally you would think cramming a tiny box with retail items being a bad idea would be common sense. But I guess common sense isn’t that common anymore smh. I’m starting to wish I lived in a different area. It really sucks having incompetent postal workers.
