Not only are the staff highly disrespectful they will go and change around your mail without consent and send your package 📦 to someone else delivery address, Catina the manager for that specific post office should really be fired because she is so rude and she will disconnect the call while speaking to a customer, I told this lady that it’s her job as a postal worker to ensure that customers needs are being met but unfortunately with people like her it’s hard for them to comprehend basic communication skills and take everything as an insult she is just as bad as someone working at Family Dollar because that’s going to be her new job when she gets fired , she is very disrespectful and they need to hire new staff. I have to call in every week about the same issues with my mail and rather than fixing the problem she insists on arguing when I’m the customer and she is the worker.
