The building smells like urine, it’s dirtier than a landfill, and the environment is completely unpleasant. The lines are extremely long, and the staff is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I went there twice, and both times I was treated terribly. The employees don’t care about customers, and the manager has zero professionalism. They made me come back just because of the color of my tape, and another time they said my box wasn’t “appropriate.” It’s unbelievable how a public service can be this bad. This USPS location is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to in the United States. Truly shameful and disgusting.

This is the second time I have went to this post office and my package was not delivered on time even though I paid for a specific delivery date the manager Vaughn and the manager Yolanda also along with the employees are horrible. Here they’re slow. They have no knowledge for anything. I had to call consumers affairs to even get answers and even with them on the phone I went up to the post office because they tried to tell them that the package was at distribution and that it Can be retrieved if they just sent one of the employees Yolanda and Vaughn did not listen. Vaughan stated that she wasn’t able to contact another postal Service because she wasn’t allowed to when in fact that was a lie. All they do is cause problems up there with no solutions, I will be pushing the issue further because something has to be done my kids missed out on vacation because a package was not delivered so they were not able to get on the boat. FYI, I dropped my package off on Monday, October 20. The receipt says that the package was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd three days been a minimum five days been a maximum Saturday, which is today would’ve been five days and my kids packet still wasn’t delivered. There was no updates. No anything the package is literally set at distribution for three days when they clearly could’ve retrieved the package from distribution in Seminole County as consumer affairs stated I told them I will even go pick up my package from Seminole if they can just call them and tell them to hold my package so that way I can grab my package and go meet my kids in Fort Lauderdale to drop the package off to them so they can get on the boat and steal nothing was done about this. I’m not letting this issue go that’s a lot of money that they caused me to lose and I’m taking further action

Packages are listed as delivered today but I find nothing in my mailbox. Service is terrible and will only get worse because of the way our country is run.
