Also, if you have a PO Box here, good luck....can't access it either because it's locked. It was nice since you could drop off 24 hours but now they lock the doors from 7PM-5AM. Even with the limited self kiosk drop off hours they decide to update during operational hours. In the last two months I’ve driven all the way since this is the closet location, just to not be able to drop off about a dozen times. Today, arrived to drop packages off at 6:50PM and they already locked the doors. So, for a 13th time I drove all the way here just to not be able to drop packages off.

Other times they lock the main lobby doors so you can't access your paid for po boxes after hours. They already lost one package and refused to even look for it even though they have video of me dropping it off. Really slow staff and I feel like they purposely go slower when there is a line. Okay customer service but mediocre support. This place is all the reasons why they wanna privatize the mail...
