  This is the worst USPS location in Central Florida.. maybe the country. I have important mail in my PO Box but I can't get it because they have started locking the door on this 24 hour location. I also recently got a letter from the postal inspector in Miami stating this location is being investigated for stolen mail.

  Before my trip to this US Post Office annex, I read many of Google’s reviews. Surprisingly, most were not favorable to the facility or its employees. I took the reviews under advisement, realizing, of course, that customers with a “perceived” slight tend to express their anger more frequently than most. I visited the facility because it is the post office nearest to my home and has rentable post office boxes. Although the office opened earlier than the posted time, I arrived early enough to be among the first five or six patrons to request service. As required, I completed the preliminary box rental application online. Accordingly, my time at the counter, securing the box number and keys, was minimal and lasted less than ten minutes. The employee who worked with me was courteous, respectful, and helpful in answering my various questions. Contrary to what I read in the reviews, I could not have been happier with the service I received during this visit. Granted, I was not concerned about the lobby being available after 6 PM or before 6 AM. Nor perhaps my transaction was not as demanding as those experienced by other reviewers. So, to the gentleman who worked with me to rent a post office box, I appreciate your time and effort on this transaction. While it is your job to deal with the public, I realize and regret that I can be a little challenging at times.

  The team is friendly and helpful however, there is always a line. So if you are in a hurry this is not the place to go if you need something quick. The line consistently had 8-10 people and I counted 14 when I was 3rd in line. Twice this week at different times this was the case and talking to other customers they said the same. Also they do not give you even one piece of tape. They will ask you to buy it for $3.99. If you do not have everything ready, even one line of an address, they will ask you to step aside and fill it out while helping the next so be completely ready when you get to the desk

  Friendly and unfortunately understaffed. The staff is always helpful, calm, and clear when helping people.
