I came by yesterday to pick up a piece of mail. Sheila was not willing to help and gave me a lot of attitude and no information or explanation as to why I couldn’t receive my mail. She told me to redirect the mail online to be sent back to my house. I was trying to explain to her that it was not possible to have it sent to my address because we are in an apartment but she sent me through the line again and was seemingly trying to rush me out. I came back this morning and I had a lovely experience with Kathleen who explained to me exactly what the issue was and was extremely apologetic, she even had the carrier return to give me my mail. Sheila ended up coming back and took over the interaction and spoke to me very condescendingly. I was not surprised to see that others have had a similar experience with her. I always want to support usps but I hope that this team re-evaluates which employees should be customer facing.

The staff member at this post office, a lady with black hair and glasses, was extremely rude. I had made an appointment to get a passport, but I didn't have a photo. She told me that the post office couldn't take photos or print materials, and I had to fill them out at home. I asked her more questions, but she became very impatient and kept shaking her head, going straight to the next person. I only talked to her for less than three minutes in total. Her expression was very bad. Fortunately, I don't live nearby and don't have to come here often to look at her face! I've seen so many people give bad reviews about this lady. So why does she still treat customers like this? Doesn't she read the reviews?
