Why would you post that you take walk-in during 2:30 and 3:30 and then make me wait in line and then refuse to help me with my kids passport renewal? Like I don’t get it and keep repeating I need an appointment. Why waste my time and gas and having to pull my kids out early from school. Just remove the hours posted and say appointment only.

THEE worst post office I’ve ever had the utter disgust of being in. This place is atrocious. Nasty counters with paint almost completely faded from wear. Old, outdated flooring that looks like it hasn’t been updated since maybe the 60s. Filthy walls with cake up gunk. Oh my! I recently moved from Winter Park and was accustomed to their post office. They too have their issues but after THIS I’ll never see it in the same light. Apparently only certain zip codes get decent post offices. They wouldn’t even let me borrow some tape! I had run out of tape due to my move and thought “no big deal. The post office has tape”. Upon asking I was promptly made aware that if I needed tape I’d have to purchase it myself. Thankfully a nice lady was there and let me use hers. Whew! A real dump this place.

Horrible. A woman that works there name Berenice have a VERY bad disposition to work with people, nasty attitude, and no knowledge to handle herself and /or not internal anger that she have, she should get either re-trained, or be removed from the front to work in the back away from people. Mistreating each and every senior citizen that walked thru the door of this postal office, shame on her

Mil gracias por todo los recomiendo

Hispanic lady (Clerk 21 on my receipt) was rude. I asked to take photo of my stamped envelope for my tax record, she said l, “No, you can’t. You have your receipt.” She’s the first to say NO to this request ever in my 50 years of USPS experience. Obviously, I was unhappy but did not want to cause a scene, so I was silent. After she handed me the receipt, I took it without saying a word and left. She then shouted/raised her voice (for me to hear?), “YOU’RE WELCOME!” If she thinks that’s the way to handle an unhappy customer, good luck to her employer!!
