Despite arriving on time, she was completely ignored for no apparent reason and forced to wait nearly two hours. When she was finally acknowledged, it was only to be told that a document was missing. There is absolutely no excuse for making someone wait almost three hours just to provide such basic information. The staff’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. My wife was treated with disrespect and indifference, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This office showed a complete lack of organization, courtesy, and basic customer service. For a government office handling important documents, this level of incompetence and poor treatment is unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from using this office unless serious improvements are made.
