No one was even there today, just the kiosks and drop off. That *would* have been fine, but 2 of 3 drop offs were out of order. The 3rd was stuck shut. What was even the point of having the lobby open?

This is my favorite post office to go to in Orlando. The self service kiosks are amazing, the staff are quite nice, and the building has great parking as has never lost one of my packages! Thank you USPS!

The situation I witnessed was so horrendous that I left the line early due to employee misconduct as I did not feel comfortable interacting with the service clerk let alone trust them with my package. When I entered the store I could hear one of the employees at the front desk from the moment I walked in yelling at customers and rudely leading the next person in line. I overheard (keep in mind I was towards the front of the store away from the counter and still heard this interaction clearly due to the employees extremely loud yelling) the store clerk arguing with a customer and screaming at him to enter the line rather than politely guiding him to where he needed to go. She continued to scream and yell at him and belittle him in front of a long line of customers and covered her ears as if she was a child when he tried to respond. I left to go to my car to grab tape and when I returned and entered the line another altercation with the same employee happened. A new lady was in line receiving help from this employee when she asked for her name. Immediately the employee grew defensive and asked her why she needed to know to which the customer responded that the way she interacted with the previous customer was by no means okay. The employee very aggressively took the lady's package and ran away to the back yelling no. The customer then approached another employee asking for the name again to which this employee was also rude, didn't respond, and pointed her finger towards the door. After witnessing this I by no means trusted this store with my package and left to go to another location. I wouldn't even be surprised if the lady's package was damaged or even stolen/"lost".I strongly urge you to review the security footage as I'm sure if it picks up even the slightest noise it will hear her screaming at customers and even her body language was extremely hostile. I will not be returning to this location again and request action be taken about this employee.

I'm not quite sure why accountability is not something that this post office honors. In two separate occasions, I myself have experienced t the most terrible customer service, and when I asked for the person's name, they refused to give it to me because they knew I was going to complain the second time.I witnessed an employee talking terrible to a very old gentleman. In fact, everyone in wine was dumbfounded and couldn't believe we were hearing her talk to this man the way that she was again.I asked for the person's name. She asked me why and I told her that me.And everyone in line was very upset the way she was talking to the older gentleman, and I was going to make a complaint. Again, this woman refuse to give me her name. The supervisor was next to her and I asked her what the lady's name was, and she refused to give it to me. There should be accountability for federal employees to treat customers without any kind of respect. When all the customers were doing were showing respect to the employees. There's another post office on east colonial, go to that one.Because there you will be treated like a person. Besides this review, I will be writing the post master general about my two experiences because someone should answer for this level of service. That is acceptable at this post office.
