The Asian woman at the left corner is the nastiest person I've ever met . She treats people with disgust , and she's extremely rude. Can't believe they allow someone like that to work with costumers. Next time i come here i will avoid her and I don't care if they get frustrated because they are short of staff or what , but her behavior is unacceptable.

Yo I need a job. And I keep seeing these bad reviews on this Vivian lady. Can I take her job?

Paid $75 in tariffs/fees for an item I ordered from Australia and instead of ringing the doorbell the carrier knocks on the door and immediately fills out the pink “sorry we missed you” notice. I called for redelivery and waited the entire day and they never showed up. I checked tracking and it never updated after “an attempt was made”. The system recognizes a redelivery request was made but it won’t let me update it or anything just keeps giving me an error. Then when I try to do anything further the system asks for a confirmation number that the agent I spoke with never gave me and I can’t do anything further. So the package I waited 2 weeks to arrive is being held captive by USPS with no tracking updates to show where my package is or what I can expect and I can’t even speak with anyone because the automated system told me the office is closed at 3:50 pm but they don’t close until 4 pm. Then when I try to call before I go to work I have the same problem. Can’t believe this is the best USPS has to offer.

I’m honestly shocked by how bad the service was here. At other USPS locations, I’ve always had excellent experiences, but this one was completely the opposite. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The blonde lady who helped me today, October 25th around 3:15 PM, was extremely rude and unprofessional, definitely not someone suited for customer service. I don’t understand how they can have employees like that representing USPS. After checking other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s had a terrible experience here. Compared to other locations, this is by far **the worst one**.

ZERO STAR. I sent some fancy korean skincare and korean snacks to my girlfriend in Hawaii. At the Post office, a mid-age lady employee was kind and asked me what was inside. I said some skincare and snacks, and she seemed interested. When my girlfriend received the package and opened it, a few items were missing, including two $25 mask sheets (so total $50), and some Korean snacks. VERY SUSPICIOUS. I will file a report and never use this USPS again. P.S. I know you will see this review one day. You should feel ashamed.
