This USPS manager earlier 8 or 7 or 10 years ago were all impressive. they get things done in one go... telling the exact facts. Without his help, I would not have able to complete the entire Renewal process. he is super intelligent, he can understand, which one to do ..how to expedite, how much the fees, what to process, which one to attach, he went out of the way to type a letter to return this US Passport which have the Indian Visa which expirees in 2027… he went out of the way to type a letter for me.. This kind of work should never go unnoticed... Big Shout or kudos to Mr. Bill brother in 32810...he must be here for more than 20 + years I guess... well rounded person. Initially for the first time, I got my US Passport in the Year 2006. September 27, 2016, was due date to renew. Lot of Federal contracting companies asked me to renew early... So, I had gone to Lockhart PO on July 9th, 2016, on a busy Saturday… B. Bill went out of the way to tell and suggest I should re-do the application only the first page and what not -checked every piece of form… We were able to send on July 9th, 2016, on a Saturday and I got Passport renewed New one today by USPS -July 16th, 2016. This has never happened in today’s world. normal is 6 to 9 weeks. Speed up process is minimum 3 weeks… C. e end to put Money order inside. They all travel extra miles. Great Manager to recognize is David Pellett-outstanding, smiling, very fair-deserves to be a great manager for the facility...true example. All these people stand by USPS. If 20/20 or Undercover Boss or anyone comes, they do the job highly efficiently, sincerely, go through the process and policies. It is not easy to keep standing such lone. went out of the way. They do it for everyone. Not for any. or so. You can google I speak my mind or too direct, honest, ethical they say. Sri He does not mind who it is - he has that splendid work ethic... Others worth mentioning are Ray, Althea Great top manager is David i believe he remembers well - next time i should find - outstanding manager. They need people like Bill, Ray, Althea, and Post office manager at that time it was David.

- JJJasmineAug 27, 20252.0Edited: 11/7 The PO and drop off hours are off once again. They keep closing earlier than what their hours advertise. At this point, I recommend locals to not bother with the extended hours they mention and just drop off during normal hours so you know for sure that they are open. It might defeat the point of a drop off box, but maybe the hours will readjust to normal again soon.
