At this point, I recommend locals to not bother with the extended hours they mention and just drop off during normal hours so you know for sure that they are open. It might defeat the point of a drop off box, but maybe the hours will readjust to normal again soon.

"Not my job" was the theme of the day when I visited, and all I needed was help mailing a prepaid package. I had success at a different branch, you will too! Also, no passport-related items are able to be completed there, at least right now. Check before going!
