You always feel like you are a burden to them. Time to re staff and get some people who actually care about the job rather than losing business due to laziness.

There was one associate which I only remember his ethnicity, African American (I will try to get his name with the manager in following calls). I didn’t get any receipt which I thought was normal. Now I am figuring out that T-mobile hasn’t get my trade-in phone back and this UPS is going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I tried calling today December 20th of 2025. No answer to my 1st call, second call nobody spoke, 3rd call an associate answered but he was unable to help me without a tracking number and advice to call next Monday to speak with their manager. Really disappointed. Please do not use this branch. Highly unreliable.

I was the first customer to come in when they opened as I was trying to drop off some Amazon returns before heading to work. As soon as I came in the lady working annoyingly told me to take my returns to the kiosk because she would have to deal with the customers who walked in after me. I informed her the machine was not working the last time I had visited, but walked away as she said nothing to me. The machine took so long that when I walked out, I had gotten a parking ticket for overstaying my time! What a way to start my morning. I would just appreciate if they would assist customers in order of when they arrived!
