    Deserves a negative star An embarrassment to the Doubletree and Hilton chain. Ridiculous pricing, I asked them to print a UPS label that I would email them and the charge for one page of printing was $10. Whoever the franchisee is that owns this location is should be horribly embarrassed. Discussed with the Hilton front desk and they were just as embarrassed and took care of all of my printing for free

    Yes it’s in a hotel, yes there is a pickup fee. That being said, Tina was an absolute professional and got me exactly what I needed and fast. Great experience for some business shipping

    It’s inside if a hotel and they charge $15 on top of what you need even if you have a prepaid label your have to pay it.
