- FOFading OutSep 19, 20251.0This store is unhelpful, Im a small business owner I had a packaged that only weighed 0.15 kg.. i paid $30 to ship it to another U.S address. A customer behind me stated rhey wanted to ship through usps?? I didnt know that was an option then WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SAME THING. They said "no, only $30 for you its our cheapest option"? Mind you a line is forming behind me.. because im counting change from a jar🧍🏾♀️... counting 29.24 in change. They even took all of my pennies??? Ok.. i get home obviously confused on how Im supposed but others do run a business and ship if everything is an arm and leg?? EYE come home to find out??? HAD THE OPTION TO SHIP THROUGH USPS FOR $7?????? 🧍🏾♀️No one at that store was helpful they played me like they get commissions. Well THANKS FOR NOTHING.

To my great distress, most of the dishes arrived in pieces. We filed an insurance claim and still have not been reimbursed although it’s been eight months since the claim was made.
