They will allow appointments to be made outside of her hours, then tell you upon arrival you’ll have to come back another day. They claimed that it is because they are “loosely affiliated” with certifix livescan (notionally makes sense), but I called livescan and in 2 minutes got someone to make a note on their store hours. So it appears it is lack of caring that keeps them from posting proper hours and fulfilling their duties as a livescan terminal franchisee. There are other options in the area.

No one seems to know where the package is or what the tracking information is. I was told to call UPS customer service for further help as their system did not go back far enough to provide it. UPS customer service tells me to contact ATT as they can not do anything without tracking. Overall, the staff is very rude and quick to not want to help a customer.

I came here to get a mailbox, and get a shipping label off my phone. And they were no help at all. Paid for the label and never was able to get it printed. No one even tried to help me out. But they definitely took my money. I was very disappointed in how they treat their customers here. Not good customers services at all. And they are not friendly at all. All of them looked as if they didn't even want to be at work. No help at all.
