It was impossible for me to complete my background screening because they didn’t move three boxes that were blocking the machine. I came back a second time, four hours later, and they still hadn’t moved those same three boxes. Such a bad experience.

I recently came to this location to get a document notarized, and I was rudely informed that I need to write my own notary statement before I can get it notarized. I asked where I could find it, and I was rudely informed that I should Google it. My phone call was placed on 11/3/2025 at 3:21 pm. In doing my research, I came to find out that the person notarizing the document should be the person responsible for the notary document. I went to another UPS location and got it done, no problem. This place is a joke. Don't go there. Update in response to the owner's comment: No one was asking Erica for advice. I know the law pretty well. She told me that you don't provide stamps like the other locations, and that's why you're requiring the customer to write the notary statements. If you refer back to that same chapter 117A, it clearly states that the notary is responsible for writing the notary statements. The other locations around you clearly care more about their customers and are not as rude and nasty as you and the staff that you have working there.

Terrible service and attention. The girl who works there lacks empathy and politeness. She has no vocation for service or customer service. Why would she hold that position if she has no qualifications? Besides, the office is a mess, with dried tree leaves all over the floor. It looks like it hasn't been vacuumed or cleaned in months.

The UPS Store #0881 had 2 white female employees who were rude to most of the guest during my visit. They accused one customer of lying about the help he said he received at their store before, which they refused to help him with, then proceeded to blame their male coworker; saying that he was the only other person he could’ve been referring to. I brought an Amazon return item with an opened boxed. The employee said she would help me tape the box together but when her colleague came to assess the situation; she denied the help and told me I would have to pay $50+ for a new box. I ended up having to buy tape myself. Tape the box together and went to UPS store 3880 and they provided me with the best customer service ever. Their 2 black employees were nice, patience and caring. Gave me a sense of warm welcoming unlike the other store who seemed annoyed at me being at the store. They took the box and even helped me to print out my return label, which the other store also refuse to help me with.
