  because of my most recent time going there. I was made to purchase a $6 thin plastic bag. to put the box my laptop was in into. This made absolutely no sense whatsoever. my laptop was wrapped in thick Styrofoam and then into a box. The box had no markings, it was even delivered to me when I purchased it online in that same exact box. Now why was it good enough to send to me, but wasn't good enough to be sent back in. Because this ultra thin white plastic bag would save it from the world and all its cruel elements. No its because the damn man that runs the store just wanted another sale!!!!! No more UPS for me there are plenty of other options to use when sending something out. And no one in UPS will ever even notice that I stop going there to use for package sending. But people sure will hear my critique of the place when ever its talked about.

  I was picking up an Amazon package that I had rerouted. My full name is 32 characters, hyphenated and clearly the same on my ID, Amazon account, UPS account and everything. The officious girl in there was about to tell me I was going to have problems in the future if my ID didn’t have the mailing address exactly. Luckily it didn’t go there. Use some common sense. If the name is literally 1 in 8billion kind of a name, the same on multiple documents/accounts, the dude is coming in clearly after work and is polite and normal, use some common sense. It’s his package. Just breathtakingly stupid haha. I’ll bring my birth certificate and rental agreement and internet bill and bank statements next time to prove I am who I am…what a joke haha! @UPS it’s Thursday evening 10min before closing, have a talk with that girl.

  My experience yesterday with the store UPS in Semoran was horrible, I tried to send emails and the lady looks like Indian, She don't try to helpme and she got big attitude with me ..I don't go no more to this store...need more customers service and not attitude..

  I’m giving one star because the staff was nice, but the policy is absurd. I went to drop off a package with a prepaid label and asked for a Fragile sticker. The clerk told me it was $0.99 for one sticker. I’ve shipped for years and have never been charged for that. They said it’s “store policy.” I called another UPS Store up the street (higher-income area) and they said they give one Fragile sticker as a courtesy. This store refused to do the same, so I took my package to the other location. As far as I can tell, this location is in a lower-income area and the owner is nickel-and-diming people who may not have better options. Not a fan of that. I won’t do business with this store again on principle.

  Every time I go they treat me very well. They are always willing to help, specially the young Hispanic lady with black glasses, she is always very kind. I wish I would remember her name. The owner is very helpful as well.
