    My experience yesterday with the store UPS in Semoran was horrible, I tried to send emails and the lady looks like Indian, She don't try to helpme and she got big attitude with me ..I don't go no more to this store...need more customers service and not attitude..

    I’m giving one star because the staff was nice, but the policy is absurd. I went to drop off a package with a prepaid label and asked for a Fragile sticker. The clerk told me it was $0.99 for one sticker. I’ve shipped for years and have never been charged for that. They said it’s “store policy.” I called another UPS Store up the street (higher-income area) and they said they give one Fragile sticker as a courtesy. This store refused to do the same, so I took my package to the other location. As far as I can tell, this location is in a lower-income area and the owner is nickel-and-diming people who may not have better options. Not a fan of that. I won’t do business with this store again on principle.

    Every time I go they treat me very well. They are always willing to help, specially the young Hispanic lady with black glasses, she is always very kind. I wish I would remember her name. The owner is very helpful as well.
