My full name is 32 characters, hyphenated and clearly the same on my ID, Amazon account, UPS account and everything. The officious girl in there was about to tell me I was going to have problems in the future if my ID didn’t have the mailing address exactly. Luckily it didn’t go there. Use some common sense. If the name is literally 1 in 8billion kind of a name, the same on multiple documents/accounts, the dude is coming in clearly after work and is polite and normal, use some common sense. It’s his package. Just breathtakingly stupid haha. I’ll bring my birth certificate and rental agreement and internet bill and bank statements next time to prove I am who I am…what a joke haha! @UPS it’s Thursday evening 10min before closing, have a talk with that girl.

- JMJake MJan 3, 20261.0I’m giving one star because the staff was nice, but the policy is absurd. I went to drop off a package with a prepaid label and asked for a Fragile sticker. The clerk told me it was $0.99 for one sticker. I’ve shipped for years and have never been charged for that. They said it’s “store policy.” I called another UPS Store up the street (higher-income area) and they said they give one Fragile sticker as a courtesy. This store refused to do the same, so I took my package to the other location. As far as I can tell, this location is in a lower-income area and the owner is nickel-and-diming people who may not have better options. Not a fan of that. I won’t do business with this store again on principle.
