The customer service at this store has been frustrating lately. Although the staff are male and assist you fast with your inquiry, on 09/30/2025, I had a HEAVY bookshelf to return. I requested a wheeler from the store due to the package being heavy. 3 staff were there and none have offered to help or check how heavy the package is, despite me reiterating that. It is frustrating that there is a lack of proactivity and exceeding customers' expectations.
