  I have been going here for years and no matter how small or big the package, this team works so that everyone is happy. Everything is packaged as efficiently but safely as possible. I've shipped expensive equipment across the country without a glitch!

  I went in today to have a document notarized. The service was outstanding, In and out in 15 minutes. Document notarized, 2 witnesses and 2 copies. Good price. My thanks to all Ladies for great service.

  I love coming in to this ups store on hoffner ..always they welcome you with a big smile and help with any issues ..the girls are professional and very efficient . Thumbs up 👍

  First of all, my wife is a respectable person , 2nd evaluate well and look at the cameras again well because the employee who was attending us was apparently new this I feel the whole process without telling us anything there are already the items in the bag that was not yet sealed, we asked her the price of the bag and we told her that it was a watch and she processed everything then when she proceeded to close the bag, a colleague came to tell her that she was doing the process wrong that that was going in a box We asked her then she's going to change the price how much she's going to make she told us it's 1 dollar more and we told her it's okay that yes because it wasn't different then the girl started the process again with the box and took the information from us to the computer repetitively times wrong our personal data, when this grumpy lady arrived from afar with a lens to push her and take her place and continued to do the process with a bad attitude and that our handwriting was not understood at the end of the process the account changed significantly like 15 dollars more difference to what we asked her and she said that she had to charge the bag, the box in particulars and also the watch to which we said no that we only wanted or the box or the bag she said no that that is already closed and that it was like that What we asked before the previous one was 1 dollar not 10 they are charging almost 40 dollars for sending a watch I don't agree with paying that when before you had only told me 15 dollars, I don't want 2 wrappers I don't work here I can't know in what packaging to send you had to tell me if it was a bag or box not to put 2 reservoirs it's unnecessary to then charge double for the fact that you didn't unpack or you didn't tell me that I was going to get double and the other there's no one I talked about that the police was going to go because if it was like that I stayed you have informed me you could have called me I stayed outside and I didn't see anything from the police and I don't think it's true it would have been better because that 2 dollar bag I didn't plan to make her employee pay for that rude and racist attitude in saying
