  The ladies that work here are amazing and very professional. Mading the shipping process simple and efficient. Packed fragile items so securely that they made it to the destination without any damage. Y'all are amazing. Will definitely ship with you again.

  She is a despicablely rude person with an impressive bad attitude, she arrived to send a watch to Miami and prepared it in a bag after the whole sealing process she said you need a box because it is electronic I told her that it is fine because it was 1 dollar difference, it should be noted that the process put me wrong information like 20 times thanks to her attitude of not asking if I did not understand the letter then in the end she wanted to charge me the bag and the box all this to send a watch from 16 went up to 32 what I told her that it was not good that I did not want so much wrapping that she withdrew from 2 and she told me that it was not possible because they were already closed to what I decided to cancel the process and she got more upset and said that she still had to pay the pay the bills really crazy she should report as a worker of that place how much it costs and not close things or not change the price I just left Es una persona despreciablemente grosera con una mala actitud impresionante , llegue para mandar un reloj a Miami y lo prepare en una bolsa luego de todo el proceso de sellado ella dijo necesitas una caja porque es electrónica le dije que está bien porque era 1 dólar de diferencia , cabe notar que me día te el proceso puso me información mal como 20 veces gracias a su actitud de no preguntar si no entendía la letra luego al final me quiso cobrar la bolsa y la caja todo esto para mandar un reloj de 16 subió a 32 lo q le dije q no estaba bien q yo no quería tanta envoltura q retirara is a de las 2 y me dijo q no era posible porque ya estaban cerradas a lo q decidí cancelar el proceso y se molestó más y dijo q igual tenía q pagar los paguetes verdaderamente loca ella debería de informar cómo trabajadora de ese lugar cuánto cuesta y no cerrar las cosas o no cambiar de precio solamente me fui y recoji mis cosas completamente fuera de lugar esta señora esto si decir q hablaba perfectamente español y se hacía la q no entendía mi inglés

  Great store, fair pricing, no nickel-and-dime nonsense, unlike the UPS on 3936 S Semoran. Avoid that store unless you’re desperate or in a rush rush. I would get a mailbox and come to *this* store for any ‘on-the-fly’ needs, 10/10 recommend just on vibe alone. The lady clerk with the glasses and nice looking purplish hair was pleasant. I like places that aren’t uptight and pretentious. The air is also lighter in this store for those that are aware of that sort of thing.

  Dec. 23 - Google says they are open at 8:30 am but they are not open. Saw a lady in there at 8:38 opening the gate enough to squeeze herself through, but she didn't open the store as of 8:45, so I left for another location, after reading other reviews of rudeness and tardiness.

  The lady working by herself this morning was nice and proficient. The line was out the door and she handled everything proficiently and was still friendly. This location is very busy and she should not be working alone. It’s far too much for one person and also not safe. Don’t be cheap. Hire more people.
