- RWRachael Williams5 days ago1.0I wanted to share my experience with this particular UPS store 8815 Conroy Windermere 32835. I've been coming to this location for years, and have had exceptional customer service. Lately for at least a couple of years now I have not been getting the same exceptional service. The associates that work in this store are rude and give customers an attitude if they have a question or needs help with something. My most recent experience was with a woman with purple hair with a Carribean accent. She was nice to the two gentlemen men in front of me who were Caucasian but when I was next in line her whole demeanor changed from nice to talking down to me like I was stupid. This kind of belittlement treatment has been ongoing for some time now and I've talked to other customers who are not Caucasian that's been experiencing the same type of belittlement and rudeness from the workers there particular from the female workers. Those customers have stopped going to that particular location 8815 Conroy Windermere because of the lack of respect they get from the workers. The way the workers make me feel is uncomfortable and not welcomed there because I'm not Caucasian. I rather travel to a distant location or another business for good customer service that doesn't try to make me feel like I'm an idiot for asking a question or needing assistance. If I was able too I would give this UPS 8815 Conroy Windermere 32835 zero stars for there malicious customer service, especially towards people who are not Caucasian.
