He’s a short little man with glasses. He always finds a reason to try and charge me for something, even when i have a QR code and am simply trying to drop off a package. I’m pretty sure that the deal to accept Amazon packages is a prosperous partnership for UPS. Rude is the word that I walk out thinking every time i come here and immediately regret it. Unnecessarily rude when i am sure they make a pretty penny off of their Amazon partnership. I asked this man for a survey or QR code to do a survey and he immediately got aggressive when i asked for a survey. He asked why and i said because i have feedback and id like UPS to be aware. And he said, oh then we can not have you do a survey- sorry. He then became aggressive and said pshhhh ridiculous - what are you going to even say!? And i said very calmly that i consistently am treated extremely rude when i come to his ups. He said i can exit the store to do the survey and continued to make comments under his breath as i walked away. As a store manager, you should welcome feedback to help improve your business and team. This man is bad news. I guarantee the only reason this UPS gets so much business is SOLELY due to their location and no UPS being close at all.
