Then after the renovations in August, it went downhill. I'd go without a single piece of mail for 3 weeks (and I always get mail, even if it's advertisements). Now it's December, and I'm still only getting 1 piece of mail or any in a month. It makes me wonder if whoever is doing the mail is throwing out people's mail or just too lazy to put them into their boxes. This is NOT good because what I someone gets letter from their lawyer or a court citation and the employees are not putting them in people's mail boxes for them! Hope the owner addresses this. Even if it means replacing lazy, incompetent staff. Your business depends on the trustworthiness of mail delivery and your staff members.

We even shared a couple of stories about NY as well! Also left my AirPods there however when I came back they were safely in a drawer waiting for me! Excellent customer service and are willing to assist you in every way that they can. Highly recommend this UPS store!
