I was in the store for 10 minutes, and when he saw me, he just looked at his watch and tried to get me to leave immediately, without caring whether I was satisfied with what I was looking for. I don't recommend this place because of the terrible service.

I normally never leave bad reviews, but this situation truly felt disrespectful to the customer. I requested a service that I had done before at this same location with no issues. This time, however, Bernardo refused to do it. The only reason he gave was that the previous time he himself ruined the job. Instead of helping solve the problem or offering a solution, he simply told me they “don’t do that anymore” and suggested I go to another Staples. A manager is supposed to help customers and find solutions — not deny a service because of a mistake they made. This type of attitude not only creates a bad customer experience but can also cost the company money. My recommendation to other customers is to be aware of this type of service at this location. If you encounter the same treatment, it may be better to visit a different Staples.

I was very polite with the gentleman who is working at the business center, doesn’t even have a name tag so I don’t know his name. Terrible attitude towards the customers.i wanted to make just color copies, noting complicated. He shouldn’t be working there. For employees like Him is the reason you are closing your stores. Please train him on customer service he can do much better. I rather drive live 20 more minutes to a fedex store and being treat with respect rather than staring my day like happened to me last week at the store.
