  I would like to express my concern regarding the service I received when calling your establishment. From the initial greeting, the woman who answered the phone displayed an unfriendly attitude. When I asked if there was anyone who spoke Spanish, she responded abruptly that there was not and ended the call without further assistance. I believe customer service is a fundamental part of any business. A respectful and courteous interaction makes a significant difference. I am sharing this experience so it can be reviewed internally and improvements can be made for future customers. Thank you for your attention.

  *** Be aware of using a debit/credit card*** Went to this Narcoossee Orlando location for the first time yesterday. I needed to make copies of some documents. I saw that they have self-service print option. Okay good, went to go use it and it has the option to pay by credit/debit card. I noticed later that day that a debit for $5 was taken out of my account. This total comes to $3.67. Actually to my surprise, an additional $5 was taken out of my account because, I forgot one more document that I needed to make a copy, this one totaled $.62 cents. The copies in all total comes to $4.29, so why deduct $10 out of my account? By the way, I also purchased an office chair here in a box and I had no problem putting it together, so that's why 2 stars. I will reach out to the store mgr today to find out what's going on with the $10 when my copies were less than that amount? I will update this review, if needed. ***Update 2/22/26*** I called Staples Narcoosee Orlando store and spoke with Kevin, he said he's a manager and I asked him about the $10 charge and he said that's not an actual charge on my card and that my actual charge should show up in the next few business days. Thanks for explaining. Will change to 3 stars.

  I think I received the worst customer service there in a long time. Erick, the manager, didn't try to help me find what I was looking for. I was in the store for 10 minutes, and when he saw me, he just looked at his watch and tried to get me to leave immediately, without caring whether I was satisfied with what I was looking for. I don't recommend this place because of the terrible service.
