- JOJuan O.3 days ago1.0I ordered a product online for pickup. Ordered on Jan 4th, arrived at the store on Jan 7th. Jan 9th, I received an email stating my item was picked up. Wasn't me. I called the store and ask did someone had picked up my item? No, she went to check, and it was there. I said I'd be in to pick up later. I went in to pick up, and I found out later that the person who took care of me was the manager. She had a condescending attitude. I asked for my item, and she retrieved the item. So I asked once again, why would I have received a notification that the item was picked up? She answered as though there was no big deal, oh must have been a glitch. Then, like a chastizing parent, she shows me a label on the box and stating oh look, when you ordered, you forgot to use your last name. Really? Made no sense. So I get home and open the box, and lo and behold, the actual order document DID have all the required information. But what got me the most was the "chastizing" only because I questioned why I received the message stating the product was picked up. Never again will I go back here for anything. Walmart had what I needed cheaper. I utilized Staples solely because of the points I had built up before.

When I went to the Oviedo store they let me know that it looked like East Colonial had one in stock. I went ahead and drove to the East Colonial location and after looking for myself I couldn't find it. Walked up front and was greeted by Tony who checked, said they appeared to have one in stock and went to the back to find it. He came back a few minutes later with the chair and took care of getting me paid and out the door. Tony was incredibly helpful and kind and very much appreciated.

While employees walk around and can’t help her as per the employees same words. This place needs help. It was only for a paid pickup card order. Not enough envelopes for the cards once I got home.
