This place is 45 minutes out of my way. But I drove all the way back, because if you're going to spend $350 on a printer, it's nice to have good service. They even helped me register my product with the additional protection right there at the register. Way to go folks!!!

- DDDreciNov 5, 20251.0The worst staples I’ve ever been in in my life. No one seems to acknowledge your entrance into the building nor does anyone seem to care about customer service. I asked for assistance in the printing department, and the man ignored me. After multiple attempts at trying to get his attention, he stated that he will be able to assist me, but then he proceeds to handle a phone call. Very unprofessional will never come back or recommend.
- AAAbbyOct 14, 20251.0I was there to do Amazon returns. Provided them 3 QR code, after their staff working on scanning the qr code back and forth, for me a receipt for only 2 QR code received. I told him immediately that he missed an item. And then he asked me to check my email, which is missing a confirmation from that QR code. I went back to talk to him again, and then he started saying this is the system error blah blah blah….. It took them 10 mins to scan QR codes, and the staff didn’t even do it correctly. I know this is a way for Staples to attract customers, but for having bad staff like this, only going to make people dislike Staples more. The staff has no idea what they are doing. Signage is not clear. They sent customers back and forth to stand in the wrong line. I will not come back again.
