  I was contacted by Kayla Dever of Robert Half regarding a position at SLR Communications in Deland, FL. I DID NOT SOLICIT THEM. I was searching for a new job at the time and had a few opportunities in the works. I ended up meeting and interviewing with the owner, Terry Robinson. I accepted the position as I felt it was a great fit for my skill set and experience. I also left with the impression Terry was a genuine person who cared about his employees. I turned down another competing offer to take this position. On my first day, I was told I would be working under the direction of Amy Kremus. That day Amy made it abundantly clear that there were to be no expectations of professionalism and that a toxic work atmosphere was to be accepted. I was attacked and verbally abused from day 1. Regardless, I saw opportunity and told myself I could learn to handle working in such a hostile office and that the payoff and experience would be worth it. I was let go on my 11th day after Amy Kremus had a mental episode I can only describe as a bipolar, manic induced anxiety attack. My beef with RH is that they clearly did not do any research regarding the culture at SLR. During my short time there I was approached my numerous employees who told me to continue looking for other work, as Amy had hired and fired approximately 7 people in my position in the past year or so. Getting a call from Kayla and being told that SLR was terminating my employment and "going in a different direction" was a total slap in the face. My message to anyone being solicited by RH is to make sure you do your own research on the company they are head hunting for. And keep your job search active! The fee for my placement to SLR was $20,000. I'm not sure is RH is comfortable with hiring managers divulging this information to employees. It is apparent to me that RH cares more about profit than hiring for reputable companies. Thank you for reading and God Bless.

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anna Hunter as a recruiter after referring a friend. She was very professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. The referred friend also had great things to say, but I can only speak on my end. I plan on using Robert Half again and will recommend others as well.

  I was skeptical working with a recruiting company but thankfully I got connected Anna Hunter and my perspectively completely changed. I genuinely appreciate her professionalism, I felt like she actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me align solutions to that. Shes a great recruiter and I had a great experience with her. Highly recommend and if you can, ask for Anna H.!
