  Another trashy staffing company eroding the economy in Orlando. They find your resume online and then call you to "speak with you" but in reality they are just trying to get new clients by asking for MANDATORY references before you even do your first interview with them, and then repeat it same BS again in email form. I had a recruiter called "hector" who had me go in the next day for an "interview", but after the secretary confirmed and had me sit in a conference room nobody showed up. 45 minutes wasted. This company is nothing more than a bait and switch to get more clients and try to sell their services. DO NOT USE THEM, here, glassdoor, and other reviews sites they are littered with "good" reviews from people who haven't even been placed! some without an initial interview! make sure to read the "cons" because some of them rate them 5 starts (to what could only be company policy, because cons get edited later with the truth) and then the cons part has paragraphs of bad stuff! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

  One of the recruiters found my resume through monster and contacted me to let me know that based on my resume I can apply for a contract offer through them. She also says that I need provide at least 2 professional references and their contact information through email so i can apply. I agree and then she sets an interview at the agency the following day. I arrive and was given a little more detail about the job and was told to wait in the office so she can get the application.5 minutes later and she tells me that there was no computer available to fill out the application. It baffles me that there was none available when this was a SCHEDULED interview. She then says she will just email it to me and I should be able to fill it out as soon as I get home. I get home and check my emails and saw nothing, I emailed her about it and got no response so far. I realized now that she just mainly wanted my professional references contact information and wasn't concerned about me needing a job. If anyone plans on getting hired through Insight Global, or any staffing agency, please be careful about giving your references contact information until it is actually required by the job itself.
