  Fun times today. I cant edit my old review but as she handed me my live animal in a box with over 8 arrows telling her to keep it upright it was flipped on its side.

  This is the absolutely the worst Fedex Ship Center I have ever encountered. The staff are unfriendly, and have an attitude. Every time I have to go here, there is a line out the door with only one person working. I shipped a large package and it was shipped back to me two weeks later and it never even left Orlando! The box looked like it had been drop kicked several times. They told me once it leaves their facility it's not their problem. I will avoid this place to keep my sanity.

  The guys are great and effective, however, There is this one woman who works there who is not the best. I went in to pick up 3 packages that contained live animals. one of them was ready for pickup, and the other two showed that they were at that FedEx location. She interrupted me and said "It says orlando right? Its not here. Its at the airport." I asked her how long it would be, and she said it would take hours. She doesn't know. I I assured her that one of the sellers had just texted me that his shipping company informed him.They were ready for pickup. I ended up leaving at 10 AM with one of my live animals. I arrived home at 1020am and promptly recieved a text that they we ready for pickup. I then drove all the way back and picked up both animals. But this was with some complications. I told her I was there for pickup, she asked for the tracking number and the minute I gave it to her. She walked away to the back when she came back with one package. I said, I have another one, and she replied, well, you should have told me and she handed back my id. As if I wasn't already there thirty minutes earlier.Which I informed her of and she said that she couldn't remember because there were too many people . Before asking for my second tracking number, she then proceeded to help and conversate with the other guy that had just walked in the door. She eventually asked for my second tracking number and got my other package. And then asked for my id again. I witnessed her trying to help multiple people last time I was there it seems to make the process go slower.She should really just be focusing on one person at a time.So that they can leave in a timely manner with the right packages. Edit: it gets worse everytime I come here. Huge line. It moves so slowly. Same woman working. The person in front of me had sent out a package from that location and had a label printed there. And immediately, the staff were on the defensive saying, there's no way they could have printed that label. And they didn't believe him until he showed them the receipt from yesterday.

  Will definitely change my review if the policy changes when in regards to printing a FedEx label for customers that don’t bring in a physical label. They didn’t want to print out a shipping label that most FedEx locations usually help you with even if you have an account already. Try to print out a commercial invoice, but it didn’t seem anyone wanted to help me. Don’t come here if you think you’re gonna get the same experience as one of the print and ship centers. I was in a bit of a pinch and I had all the documentation and the PDF print, but the answer is no. My printer wasn’t working.
