- KSKarmen SmithSep 24, 20255.0this might be the worst/crazy experience i've ever had at a shipping center. the lady, who had sort of medium length long black hair, kind of an older lady, was incredibly unhelpful. unwilling to even try to make something work for my sake. it's like every customer in there was inconveniencing her with their very valid issues and delays. please do not send anything here or use fedex in orlando. it's so bad. i had a package arrive late, then the truck driver decided not to even grab the package on another route. then the package went back to this location so i tried to retrieve it but the lady there would not even attempt to go and see if my package was there. and she also couldn't 100% guarantee me that my tracking number was correct. anyways, what a lame experience. have a nice day! 5 stars for being the worst !

Updates will say they attempted and they never came to my housen (been home all day waiting). So in this case you guys are either lying. Or mishandling ppl packages saying you came and u surely didn't. As long as I been dealing with fedex I never in my lifetime had a problem with fedex ever till now. They keep saying the station on Bennett rd. And nothing is being done. Going on 4 days now ....let's see cause at this point the station just saying anything. And I'm now pissed. I called 4 timed to hear the same thing different agent. It will be on the truck tommorrow...but they are getting this info from the center...
