  Hasta este momento puedo decir que es el peor servicio de entrega, se está esperando un pqte que debía llegar el 15/2 a la a 8pm lo trajeron en horario laboral 3 ďe la tarde grabado por el ring,la otra entrega día 16/2 11.30 am y el repartidor no dio ni tiempo al vecino para salir a firmar,toco el ring y se fue,es un envío para mandar a otro país y más de 1000.00 usd ,hoy todo el.dia a la espera y no lo trajeron, llamo para decir que mañana después de las 5pm y nadie da razón ,pésimo todo ,muy mal servicio ,deben al.menos ir en 2 horarios distintos en el dia,ya que es un envío que necesita firma

  FedEx should not be responsible for handling any medical devices or medications. I have been required to combat significant delays over the course of six days while my medication was transported from another city and arrived in Orlando. During this process, the package sat idle because the carrier was unable to locate the shipper's information. Despite providing this information multiple times and receiving confirmation of its receipt, the issue persisted. Furthermore, I encountered considerable difficulty in navigating the automated system, including numerous attempts to speak with a human representative. I had to make 28 calls today to bypass the automated system, which is excessively time-consuming and inefficient. The system’s design is fundamentally flawed. As a result of these delays, I am now at risk of needing emergency medical attention due to the unavailability of my essential medication. This situation is both unacceptable and shameful. Multiple steps could have been taken days ago to resolve this issue, but they were neglected. It appears that staff relied on inflexible scripts, which prevented timely resolution. I do not require empathy; I require a proactive approach to ensure that life-saving medication is delivered promptly. The failure to do so constitutes a significant and unacceptable breach of responsibility. I sincerely hope that FedEx will improve its processes and treat customers with the same level of care and respect that they would wish for their own loved ones. And the FedEx AI assistant needs to be revamped because I had to call more than 28 times today alone. After all, she either drops the call. Couldn’t understand what I was saying didn’t give me enough time to input the transportation number you name it she is definitely good at one thing blocking your phone calls to speak to a human being. She’s so good. I hope the Eagles draft her as a linebacker because she does know how to block

  FedEx is the worst. My package arrived in the city 6 days before my delivery date. Why can’t I receive my package early. I never had that problem with UPS.
