  Rude, very lack costumer service from an old lady wearing glasses was working today the 12th of February 2026 at 11 am !!! FedEx in an international airport and hiring an unprofessional person with no smiling not even saying good morning when I went in !!! that’s not right. I went to ups to send my package even I have an account with you guys.

  Horrible customer service. I would absolutely pay a large sum of money to ensure to that Fedex never handles one of my packages ever again. Irredeemably poor customer service.

  Worst service ever. Does not want to accommodate any customers. Paulo likes to tell people that if they have to sign for their packages they should stay home all day and skip work! Rude, awful communication and treatment of customers below standards.
