This government star review is long overdue. At the beginning of October, Pat and her team at this location pulled off a beautiful and complicated project for me and my team. It was well executed and beautifully produced.
This is a team that worked so well together and the end result was beautiful.
Thank you, Pat.
You are so appreciated.

The women working the morning shift 11/21/25 8:30am are horrible not everyone if tech savvy. They don’t want to help just standing there looking at you crazy with a nasty attitude. If I didn’t need to print for an emergency I would have left lord. The man fixing the printers that don’t work there helped me. I know everyone needs a job but don’t do derive if you don’t want to serve.

I had the worse experience yesterday 11/14/25 at 4:59 PM with one of the employees. I didn’t catch her name but her attitude was very condescending and rude. I’ve been going to this location for years and never really had to deal with a nasty attitude. I was advised from an employer they have already set up shipping and packing with FedEx (AS MOST WFH COMPANIES DO) and this employee was not willing to listen, pack, nor scan the label printed out for me from the employer that says FEDEX. When I then mentioned after a 3rd time I have a QR code from FedEx she then looked at the email and scanned the QR Code. No apologies and nothing else was said because at that point she felt and looked stupid for her carryon. I’m not sure if the workers need to be retrained or what the issue was but the experience was horrible. RMA: 27642177

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Went in to print $200 worth of copies for work, the lady behind the counter was “fake nice”, rude and just plain disgusting. She knew exactly what she was doing-made me wait almost 20 min to tell me it was $20 more if she printed my docs vs. me doing it at the self service printers—knowing full well I didn’t know this and that I would say no. I typically print $200-$400 worth of docs a week! Not here! Never here again! Brilliant move copy-printer-girl!! Bet your manager is proud they hired you, lol
