- DMDaniela MatamorosFeb 16, 20261.0I was treated very poorly by an extremely rude employee named Teresa. From the moment I walked into the FedEx store and simply asked which email address I should use to send files for printing, her attitude was sarcastic and dismissive. I sent the email immediately, copying my husband who was standing beside me. He received it within seconds, yet Teresa insisted that emails take five to ten minutes to arrive at FedEx. I waited patiently for about ten minutes before she finally opened the email and printed my documents. When I needed to print an additional file, the same unnecessary delay happened again. Claiming that FedEx systems require ten minutes to receive an email is unreasonable and does not reflect normal email behavior anywhere else. I have an office directly across from this location and use FedEx services regularly. Consistently rude behavior toward customers is unacceptable. No customer should be treated disrespectfully simply because an employee is in a bad mood.

I called ahead, then arrived with a HUGE last minute job that needed color printing and binding ---- within the HOUR. They were literally able to turn it around in 45 minutes and I was able to deliver a quality product. AWESOME team work and THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will be back.

In my personal experience, she was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I asked for help. The copy machine wasn’t reading my USB, and when I mentioned the issue, instead of offering assistance or alternatives, she proceeded—without my request—to print my documents on the most expensive paper available. To make matters worse, she then attempted to add an additional service fee for something I never asked for. The overall interaction felt dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly distasteful. I left frustrated and completely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I will avoid this location moving forward.
