Diane was great!!! I needed to print a PDF file, and she helped me get it done exactly the way I needed. This will definitely be my go-to FedEx store.

I’m leaving this review because I honestly don’t understand how FedEx thinks this level of customer service is acceptable. When I went into the store, the staff made no real effort to help me. Instead of trying to work with me or even explain alternatives, I was brushed off and told there was “nothing they could do.” That can’t be right — someone in your company has the ability to hold or redirect a package. On top of that, the automated phone system is a nightmare. It runs you in circles and never connects you with a real person who can actually fix the problem. I spent more time fighting through menus than receiving any actual assistance. FedEx — how is it possible that a company of your size doesn’t have a simple, reliable way to hold a package when customers request it? This is the kind of experience that makes people lose trust in your brand. I’d really like an explanation, because right now it feels like FedEx doesn’t value the customers who keep the business running. Part 2. When I spoke with a FedEx representative over the phone, I was told that customers do have the option to hold packages and that office staff should be able to help with that process. This directly contradicts my in-person experience. At the location, the lady at the front desk offered no alternatives, no solutions, and simply brushed me off like it wasn’t her problem. It’s confusing, unprofessional, and shows a serious lack of consistency between phone support and office staff. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the manufacturer just to get FedEx to act, and we definitely shouldn’t be given two completely different answers depending on who we talk to. Part 3 As if that wasn’t enough, FedEx then managed to mix my package up after yet another rude phone call with terrible customer service. Instead of fixing the issue, I was left dealing with more frustration and zero accountability. At this point, I would strongly advise everyone to bypass FedEx altogether — contact the manufacturer or a different carrier before wasting your time with unprofessional, lazy service like this.

5 stars for Nick and Diana. I come in to drop off a few times a week for work. They are always pleasant and welcoming. They are incredibly helpful. Any place would be lucky to have them employed
