- TBToni BarnesNov 13, 20251.0Rude service, overpriced products abd they only told me the price after the job had started. They printed it out, then waved it at me with the 35 $ rush fee and went "your sure you dont want it" rude. Horible handling of customer and they have zero understanding of working. I once considered them very helpful now im boycoting the whole comapny.

- AVAstrid del ValleAug 5, 20251.0Just walked in to make a return, I had my QR code with me, I waited in line and when I approached the counter Dana told me that I needed to used the little kiosk type of self service to print out my label, mind you I was in line I walked to her, now I asked “I thought you could do that at the counter” her response “now we do it like this because it takes to much time” what?!?!? Really she walked me to the little kiosk and started to explain to me how it works…. I just walked away and she mentioned I just wanted to show how it works, I didn’t say anything else, just waited for her to keep talking about the label, I didn’t argue, I just waited for her to finish and for me walk out. Mind you they were busy but I don’t mind waiting, also I don’t do self service, unless is strictly necessary. I can’t believe the poor customer service the time she took to walked me to the little scanner she would have just scanned my code print the label me having my receipt and walking out. Simple…. Not a good experience
