My mom needed copies however she wasn’t able to get the machine started called me for help told her to ask one of the workers to assist her. There was a nice lady who was going to help her until the manager or another worker told her she couldn’t help her that she needed to do it on her own. The lady tried to assist her by telling her how to but she explain to him how she needed to do it so she could actually help he decided to walk up to my mom to tell her they can’t assist her. You work for FedEx but you can’t provide assistance with YOUR machines ? The other worker was willing to help what’s so wrong about that and why can’t she ? When I asked for his name he denied to give it. Disgusting! Stay away from this place.

Treated me like I was stupid because the package I was trying to send didn’t work with their machine, I usually go to better establishments so I'm unfamiliar with FedEx systems. Would not go again.
