On 01/03/2026 I was expecting a package to be delivered at this location instead of my actual address and since I missed the driver yesterday. First, when I called I believe the call center related answered and said that the parcel was delivered and ready for pick up. My daughter went to get it, the lady said no nothing was delivered who did you call? And she was laughing at my daughter. The lady told her who did your mom call? My daughter never dealt with this kind of businesses. She answered that; I think the driver left a number on the note, and the worker laughed at her saying that “even me I don’t have the drivers number”. She was being so rude to both of us and even to the young man working with her making comments in front of us. She said that she didnt answer any calls like if we are lying to her. I think that she was unaware that their unanswered calls go to an answer center and they strongly ask for a survey after a call to evaluate the communication. Second and more important, when my package gets physically there. I went with my two kids 10 and 11 years old to get it. Both workers a young man and that same lady gave it to me at the front desk, and I asked to use their cart the lady said no the package is too heavy for “ my cart” “my cart” can’t be used (she meant the office cart) Knowing that I have no one to help me carrying it to the car. I didn’t ask for them helping me just ask for the place’s cart and she refused. I was pushing my package and struggling to get to my car and they didn’t offer any kind of help which was so upsetting. When FedEx hires workers aren’t they trained to offer help and let customers use helpful tools when they are available? I think lifting, pushing are important skills in order to be hired at a facility like that in addition to offering help to customers, even though I didn’t ask for their physical assistance just to use their cart that they always use to carry stuff around.
