Susan was the only person working and was taking care of multiple people at once. When I told Susan what I needed, she made everything so simple; she cropped, separated and printed all of my files with the BEST attitude. I cannot brag on this woman enough! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. FEDEX needs to know how lucky they are to have Susan!
