    Keep in mind that FedEx is located in a hotel and the rates are much higher, and if you go with the Label ready to just drop off the package, they still charge you an extra fee per package for simply staying at a hotel. The person who helped me told me that if I didn't want to pay the extra then I should go to a traditional office, so in the search engine they should indicate that this is NOT a traditional FedEx office and rather it is only for people staying in hotels. Tomen en cuenta que el FedEX queda en un hotel y las tarifas son muchos más altas, y si vas con el Label listo de solo dejar el paquete igual te cobran una tarifa extra por paquete por simplemente quedar en un hotel, la persona que me atendió me dijo que si no quería pagar el extra pues que fuera a una oficina tradicional, entonces en el buscador deberían colocar que está NO es una oficina de FedEx tradicional y más bien es solo para las personas que se hospedan en hotel.

    I was having trouble with the online ordering system and had to call and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was directed to place the order through email and I ended up calling two more times in the process to verify they had received the order and then again to pay and each time I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful response. Thank you for a great experience!
