But when I went to pick it up just now, Yaniellz behind the counter was not willing to be too helpful in getting my delivery, making me wait for several minutes trying their best to ignore me. I had to wait for over 20 minutes at this office just to get what had already been delivered hours before, which could end up making me late for my flight. Is it really so difficult to just pickup an envelope that had already been delivered hours ago? Or at least be courteous enough to attend the only customer in the office?
