  CODY is AWESOME. I hope this is the right location bc I can’t seem to get them right….. I actually placed an order for the wrong location and Cody went over on a scooter IN THE RAIN and got my order for me. I couldn’t believe it! He helped me a couple more times this week and his customer service is unreal! Very grateful!

  Had to ship some items back during a trip in Florida. Dan was incredibly helpful! He helped me get the best box and make sure everything fit perfectly!

  I attemptd to call and see if this FedEx could scan my email to print my return label to ship my package back. On the phone for 15 min, I was unable to reach anyone to ask- only digital voice questions asking me what they can help with. I needed customer support and they had none. I went ahead and walked to this location and found out that this FedEx location can not currently do digital services (whatever that is) I needed, by printing off my label and shipping my package. However, they gave me a location I could go to 4 miles away that could help me. Very disappointed!

  Kenecia was a great help to my daughter. My daughter had a tight deadline to get a document signed and scanned while visiting Orlando. We were having some problems with adobe but Kenecia was able to get the program working and get the pages she needed printed and scanned. Many thanks!!!!
