- RRRDec 14, 20253.0Ok experience. I had to ship some items and Eric told me I couldn’t use one of the TV boxes for packing. He misunderstood my question when I had another label and said, “you only need one”. I know that, I was asking if the label being printed a certain way mattered. Afterwards, he scanned my item and walked off. Not exactly the best customer service.

The man who helped me, Alfredo, was excellent and extremely helpful. He was so kind and accommodating! I had to wait a few minutes in here for my ride to pick me up, and I saw him interact with other customers in the same manner. I hope management gives him a raise and treats him well because he is an excellent employee! Thanks again!!
- ADA DK.Aug 4, 20252.0As a small business owner who ships regularly through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, I have to say this FedEx store consistently stands out and not in a good way. Today was yet another disappointing experience. I told the representative that my package was very fragile and had already scanned the shipping label myself. I simply asked him to take the box so I wouldn’t have to drop it into the bin, as the height could easily damage the contents. He flat out refused, with no explanation and zero concern. It’s unfortunate because the FedEx drivers themselves are usually great professional, helpful, and understanding. I often try to time my visits when they’re present for that very reason. If this location is privately owned, I strongly encourage the owner to take a close look at how their staff is treating customers. And if it’s corporate run, FedEx should really evaluate the customer service standards being upheld here. Respect and basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional especially when handling other people’s goods.

However; he was very skeptical of me lol because the company I work for shipped something using my nickname vs my legal name. Even after he had enough proof because both my last names he was still trying to make sure I wasn't trying to pickup something not for me. I commend him actually because I know my packages will not get picked up by random package thiefs.
