  Rachel at the DHL location in Millenia Mall was absolutely wonderful. I reached out because my package wasn’t being delivered by the driver, and she immediately stepped in to help. She went above and beyond, took my information, followed up with her manager, and personally called me back with an update. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the process. It’s rare these days to see someone who truly takes pride in their job and goes the extra mile for customers.   I visited the DHL location today around 4:30 p.m. and I would love to recognize an employee who I believe is named Julie. She was incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic. She clearly explained all the shipping options and took the time to help us find the best solution for our delivery. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to ship our package quickly, securely, and at a very reasonable rate. It’s always wonderful to be helped by someone who truly cares about providing great customer service. Definitely a five-star experience!
