    Zero stars if I could… I paid almost $100 for priority shipping under the pretense that the package would make it on time which was false the package will get there the same time as standard delivery so I could’ve saved the extra money or actually paid for overnight for my items to be delivered on time. This was a very important package containing items for a funeral and the package will now be delivered until after the funeral which is absolutely useless. I am so crushed. I explained the situation to the workers and explained it needed to be there and I trusted their advice and everything they said to me was wrong! This is not ok. I tracked the package and seen that only the shipping label had been created and it had already been 24 hrs so I returned to the store a hour before closing and was told it had just been picked up. The package remained in the Jacksonville area for 2 days and still hasn’t even made it to Michigan and the funeral is in 15 mins. I would never use this service or recommend to anyone. I am furious and will be taking my frustration and hurt to all social media platforms.

    I decided to visit this establishment despite the numerous negative reviews to see how it goes. And it could be, depending on who is working that day, staff-wise. Nevertheless, fortunately, I had already printed my own label at home and was simply returning a package. The young man assisting me seemed to be aware of the previous feedback, as he was kind enough to tape the package for me, because I really did not have the tape to do it myself. Therefore, I was prepared to purchase an envelope and pay for it when I walked in, but you know what? He graciously taped it, scanned my label, and provided my receipt. Oh, and I was greeted when I walked through the door. I sincerely hope and pray that they maintain this level of service, as I will gladly continue to patronize any business that offers excellent customer service. I understand that economic conditions have led to price increases across the board. Still, I genuinely believe it's not so severe that we cannot receive a small amount of additional assistance, such as a piece of tape. I do not believe they are experiencing significant financial hardship. Henceforth, I hope everyone has a great experience, or maybe even a better one, if they go back. It's considered a location monopoly market.

    This was my first visit to this location even though I live in the community. I came in to return a box to Amazon. The post from Ssssailorgirl is almost verbatim as to what happen to me today, but worse. I was returning a package that contained 3 items to Amazon that was sent in error. The items were sealed in the same box that it was sent to me. However, the Amazon Rep gave me 3 different Bar Codes. Upon explaining to the young guy I had 3 codes. He rudely ripped the box open stating that they had to processed separately . I explained, I didn’t know, I was returning it the way it was sent to me. He then stated that he didn’t care how I received it. That’s not how it works! I asked him why was he being do so short and rude. He stated I’m not going to argue with you, and like wise I stated I’m not going to argue with you either!! Instead of offering any type of assistant he just continued to talk to me as I was a child . I just continued to look for each of the codes and twice he walked away in total disgust and was so condescending towards me. It was obvious by now I was upset, but determined to retain my dignity. There was another customer in the store that interceded on my behalf. I ask him if he was just having a bad day because his customer service skills was deplorable, He then stated do you want to cancel and you can take it to some place else. He was so disrespectful until I ask for the manager. He stated that was he was the owner! I stated to him that he was in the wrong business because he appears to have limited/ no customer service skills. He told me not to come back. I didn’t leave until he completed all my transactions. After he finished the process, he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted him to recycle the box. I refused to allow him to intimidate me and or press me lose self control. I did let him know that I have absolutely no intentions of ever returning to this location. I left this place in tears and in total shock as to how returning a box to Amazon could have ever turned into a confrontation.

    The staff at the store is so helpful, we have run in last minute a few times they don't make us feel rushed. Cooper has helped us a few times. He is very friendly and patient with us. We think they are lucky to have him as an employee

    I use this location because you can park right in from off the store, and the service is quick and efficient. I appreciate the even-keel demeanor of the staff - I do a lot of business with Amazon, and have returns, and this us the place I use frequently
