  I usually go here to do my Amazon returns and I do have lots of returns at a time sometimes. I honestly don’t need to be reminded that they are just a drop off center only and they don’t work for Amazon especially have this employee raise his voice at me because he’s mad that I had a few returns to do. Let me remind you that like you just yelled at me telling me I don’t work for Amazon I’m a drop off center any customer can walk in there with 20 packages at a time and you still should be respectful because even though you don’t work for Amazon you represent your company Staples and your company chose to be and Amazon drop off location customer should still be treated with respect not matter what. It’s also not the customer fault if they did different returns and there’s a code that it’s repeated maybe it’s because they are all from a same purchase which it’s what I was trying to explain to him when he said that code has been used. Maybe teach some of them some manners on how to treat customers because if you’re raising your voice at me I will Damm sure will raise my voice at you and that’s not how I like to treat people but I won’t allow anyone to be disrespectful towards me either.

  I had an outstanding experience with Evan at Staples. He did a superb job helping me with a difficult computer issue and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He worked hard to do everything he could to resolve the problems with my old laptop, and when it became clear that I needed a new one, he helped guide me through that process with patience, professionalism, and care. What impressed me most was Evan’s great attitude and genuine willingness to support my needs every step of the way. He not only helped me purchase the right new laptop, but he also made sure my documents and important files were transferred over smoothly, which gave me a huge sense of relief. Evan was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly customer-focused throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical skill with such excellent service. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend working with Evan if you need computer support at Staples
