I love my local USPS on Kingsley Ave in Orange Park. I had a couple of issues with lost mail at the distribution center and Johnny at the Kingsley location helped me in the most professional and kind, thoughtful way and he solved the problem for me when nobody else could. I honestly wish he were in charge of the entire system because he shows he cares and knows how to handle challenges in the most professional and compassionate way. He is truly a gem and if you need help, count on Johnny to rise to the occasion. I'm very grateful for people like Johnny. The world needs more like him!!!

We rarely have to stop at the post office while traveling, but it happens. This location was along the way so even better. I appreciate a mailbox to quickly drop off items. No need to go inside. There's also a nice sized parking lot (not all locations have this believe it or not). There's also a good number of wheelchair accessible parking spots near the entrance. The hubs didn't have a long wait. He was able to send his package with express shipping and it arrived as promised.

Due to the hurricane Ivalia I was the only customer,, therefore the service was brilliant, not that was a reflection on their service today. It was a pleasant visit anyways.

Two stars because I rushed to get to the post office after work and they turned me away. The workers at this post office were probably just tired and wanting to go home after a long day of work, however, if i get inside the post office at 4:45pm (which I did) and the office does not close until 5pm (which it doesn't), I should have been serviced. If a client walks in before you're closed, you should not be allowed to turn them away. That being said, i had to mail something internationally. I had the package all ready to go, i just needed to ship it. I walk up to the next available representative and explain my transaction and the lady gives me a form to fill out and says, that's gonna take us at least 20 mins to do so we can't do it today. I work at a bank from 8am-5pm so it is really hard for me to get time off to ship and i explained that to her but she would not help me. She told me to fill out the form and either bring it back or I could drive across town to the other USPS that closes in an hour and try to ship it with them. When i went to the other post office, it actually only took 5 minutes and I was done. This was a very bad experience at this Kingsley branch, and the lady at the other branch across town told me that the Kingsley branch is known for not helping clients when they don't feel like it and for always sending over people when they are perfectly able to help the clients themselves. I will never go back to this USPS and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you don't feel like doing your job, then quit. Don't make everyone else suffer.
