No ayuda en lo más mínimo, hoy llevaba cargando 3 cajas y a mi hijo, le quise mandar la guía por el gmail que tienen ahí, y no agarraba mi señal. Le dije que saldría de momento de la tienda (solo por afuera) para que la señal de teléfono se restablezca. Me dijo que no, y cerró con seguro. Tuve que dejar mis cajas tiradas para poder ir a buscar un carrito de publix. Sin duda un servicio que NO recomiendo, vayan a otras tiendas de UPS con gente más amable.
