  Jocelyn M was a standout help with a difficult return I had to deal with for multiple bottles of different laundry detergents with Amazon, we had to get creative with packaging for certain ones. She helped save me time, and got me the most affordable packaging for the size when it required a box.

  I normally don’t come on this side of town except for my daughter’s cheer practice. Decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and do a drop off of equipment. I walked in and as soon as I walked in the lady had so much to say in a low tone. it was only 2 people working at the time it was a good 3minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The young man came and assisted first then went to help an older lady with big boxes I wasn’t upset about that because he was being a gentleman. When the older female worker stepped in to assist her attitude was rude from jump. She acted like she was so irritated and that the equipment that I brought in to be shipped was such a bother. She was tossing the equipment on the back counter and telling the young man the next crew would have to pack it and just complaining. She gives me my receipt and waits till I get by the front door to do more complaining and bad talking. Next time I’ll definitely just wait till I’m back on my side of town and corporate was called for a complaint.

  Best UPS in town! Even when it’s busy the staff is attentive and helpful to get you in and out! Skye is so sweet and kind - very warm personality, she is a great employee at this location!!

  DO NOT GO HERE: This place will overcharge you 3x what the other ones charge. My 3 b/w pages emailed cost near $7!!! The other places are around $2. I could sense the girl’s knowing I was getting screwed too, which didn’t help.
